Shakespeare success at national level
12 students travelled to the national competition in Wellington over Queen’s Birthday weekend and brought home some great awards.
After wins at the regionals with both the five-minute scene from The Taming of the Shrew (Ella Riley & Phoebe O’Neil) and 15-minute scene from Richard III (Kennedy Howse & Taipuhi King), 12 students travelled to the national competition in Wellington over Queen’s Birthday weekend, along with some 50 other schools from around the country. Dio brought home some great awards – a huge achievement. Well done to everyone involved in these fabulous successes.
