It is the parents responsibility to take their daughter to their lesson. If parents are unable to do this for 3.10pm, 3.20pm or 3.45pm lessons, we have put the following procedure in place:
- If your daughter is successfully enrolled for a swim lesson, and you cannot take her to her 3.10pm, 3.20pm or 3.45pm lesson, please register your daughter through our after school care portal ENROLMY (BOOKING LINK) and click on one of the following:
- “Already enrolled for 3.10pm or 3.20pm swimming at Diocesan Swim School 3pm – 3.10pm”.
- “Is enrolled for 3.45pm swimming at Diocesan Swim School 3pm – 3.45pm”.
We will supervise your daughter until she is picked up for swimming by the swim staff. This is free of charge.
IF YOUR DAUGHTER IS NOT ENROLLED THROUGH THE ASC PORTAL SHE WILL NOT BE TAKEN TO SWIMMING AND WILL MISS HER CLASS. THERE WILL BE NO MAKE UP SESSION UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.
- If you cannot pick your daughter up after her 3.10pm or 3.20pm swim lesson and need her to go to after school care, you can select a part session care until 4.30pm for $15, or full session care from 3 – 6pm for $30. YOUR DAUGHTER WILL THEN BE COLLECTED FROM THE POOL AND TAKEN TO ASC.
If your daughter is enrolled for a 4.10pm lesson, it is the parents responsibility to pick their daughter up from school and take her to swimming. If parents are unable to do this, their daughter must be enrolled into ASC and will be charged. Please register your daughter through our after school care portal ENROLMY (BOOKING LINK).
ASC bookings need to be submitted each term for every child enrolled in after school swimming.
The girls are NOT to go up to the pool without parent or ASC supervision. We cannot have girls unaccompanied on school grounds or at the pool side waiting for a swimming lesson. This is to ensure the safety of our girls around water facilities.
