Divinitus, delivered a stunning program and were the outright favourites of the competition. They took out 6 of the 12 awards at the Gala Concert and it was absolutely fantastic to see these young choristers excel. The results spoke for themselves – it was an extraordinary spread of awards and will become a legend told for years, unlikely to be bettered.

This week we found out that all three choirs have been selected to move onto the next level in this competition. Another fantastic set of results for our Dio choirs – with both the St Cecilia Singers and Divinitus selected for the National Finale, who along with the top 24 choirs around the country, will travel to Christchurch in late August. Our newly formed Dio Cantoris was selected for the National Cadenza in Rotorua.
