Athletics – Jacqui Nasrabadi Set to Compete on the International Stage
Dio Year 13 student, Jacqui Nasrabadi, has been selected as one of just 16 athletes to represent New Zealand as part of the New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Association (NZSSAA) team competing in California this April.
She will race at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational, Mt. San Antonio College in Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara.
With over 60 athletes vying for a spot, Jacqui’s selection was based on her outstanding performances at the NZ Secondary Schools Championships in December and the Classics meetings in January and February.
This is an incredible achievement, and we can’t wait to see her rise to the challenge on the international stage!
