Over the summer holidays, Year 13 violinist Esther Oh achieved some outstanding results and achievements.

Esther won a national concerto competition - New Zealand Young Talent in Music - taking first prize in violin with an outstanding 95/100 total mark.
She also gained a High Distinction for her LTCL Diploma (Licentiate of Trinity College, London), an international award with the standard equivalent to the performance component on completion of a full-time undergraduate course at a music conservatoire or university. And this week she was also awarded an academic scholarship in music.
Not a bad year considering how 2020 panned out!
