The annual National U-18 Hockey tournament, held in Wellington in the July school holidays, showcased seven of our DIO girls competing for the National Championship title.

North Harbour and Auckland contested the grand final which ended in a draw due to weather, with both teams being awarded gold medals.

Three of our Dio coaches also featured in the competition with Hitendra Patel leading the North Harbour men to a gold medal and Tim Kerr leading the North Harbour women to a gold medal. Old girl Arabella Loveridge also played for Auckland, winning a gold medal.
